I don’t think they (#1 & #2) are the important issues with Obama’s citizenship status. My questions are is he a Natural born citizen, has he ever held other nations passports, did he receive financial aid as a foreign student, and how did he get a Conn SS number?
They are if your concerned about that little thing called EVIDENCE.
Here, the evidence is simple - it's pretty much an open and shut case. Either he has a BC or he doesn't. If he doesn't then he wasn't born here because everyone that was born here has one. It's beyond a preponderance of evidence issue.
If he has it, then he needs to produce it. If not why not.
