IMO, the digitized image has been modified. IMO, the "Obama" in the signature "(Stanley) Ann Dunham Obama" is a drop in, as may be the "(Stanley)". The forger -- I'm assuming the "Obama" is the work of a forger -- patterns his "Obama" after how Stanley Ann Dunham (SAD) signs "Ann Dunham" -- she is very tight and clean with that on other documents. It appears that SAD would have used either "S. Ann Dunham", or "Stanley Ann Dunham" according to her divorce and passport papers that have been released on-line.
If you look how SAD uses cursive elsewhere it becomes obvious that she is most sloppy with the last word in other writing and with the last name "Soetoro". The exception is "Ann Dunham" which presumably because she has used that all her life is written very cleanly in a straight line. Yet the "Obama" is even cleaner and straighter than the "Dunham" on this newly released document. Not consistent with prior data!
It is possible the original birth document had "S. Ann Dunham", which the forger dropped the "S." and moved it over to make room for "Obama", and that someone at a late date in the whole forgery process decided that a "Stanley" had to be included, so somebody dropped in the "(Stanley)".
All this can easily be resolved with a inexpensive digital camera and the original document.

Once you start releasing the image of an image that has been printed with facts from a document you refuse to show, you have proved absolutely nothing but the fact that you desperately want to keep the original from being seen.
