A good Samaritan called the police who found Cruz covered in his victim’s blood with the gory pipe in hand. Noting that Cruz slipped into the country illegally, Justice Buchter noted: "We need this defendant in this country like we need the plague." Cruz will be deported back to Mexico upon completion of his 22 year sentence.

Don’t be surprised to see the Mexican govt step in to demand the US cease punishing one of “their people.”
There have actually been earlier news reports of Mexican officials rushing to the defense of marauding Mexican criminals on US soil, demanding the US Attorney suspend deportations of these savages.

an aside: Decades ago I figured out what I'd do if something like this happened to my daughters. Which now extends to my grandkids.

The police found him with a bloddy pipe in his hands and did not perceive this as a threat? Those wetbacks should be very thankful that I am not the judge and jury. And executioner.

This demon needs to be sent back to hell as soon as possible. Executed the same way he killed his victim.
But of course he gets to serve a prison sentence because the scummy liberals have gutted death penalty laws everywhere. They have a thousand ways of making it near impossible to execute such demons in a timely manner

Real compassion means compassion and justice for the Chinese girl killed here. The only way to balance the scales of justice is to try and execute these murderers within 90 days. I promise you this would ease some of her mothers awful pain
This way Americans see a swift and fair justice instead of killers spending 20 years on death row before being executed. We need much quicker retribution from our justice system. But the liberals and feminists have take over

The headline was so badly worded I thought the mother beat the scum with a pipe- too bad it wasn’t true. This scum needs to be put to death, no compassion is due him. If he is ever released he will do it again.
