No one seem to know when his parents became citizens. That may not even matter with the Obama precedent. Rubio was born in Miami.

Folks you are missing the boat with this focus on the parents status. That ONLY matters if the baby is born OUTSIDE the US...due to travel, the military, etc.
ANY baby born INSIDE the US is a natural born citizen regardless of the parents unless their parents are diplomats from another country - whereby the baby is a citizen of THAT country not the US.
Think about it. We all know that. People are tripped up due to the wording of the clause about the parents when it’s talking about the eventuality of someone being born elsewhere but still being a natural citizen.
