I was watching my recording of newly elected New Mexico Governor, Susana Martinez's, first address to the Roundhouse (House Chambers) in Santa Fe. As I was watching, something I hadn't noticed before caught my eye. Can you spot what is wrong with this picture? Wishful thinking on the part of PBS perhaps?

It’s easy to explain. Journalists don’t believe that Republican Party consists of people of various races, colors, etc. Certainly not Hispanic!

Not to change the subject, but it’s been snowing all day in Abiquiu, and it started sticking an hour or so ago. We’ve got two to three inches on the ground now. Is it snowing your way?
