The United States is treating Osama bin Laden's body in 'accordance with Islamic practice,' White House official says.
President Obama announced Sunday night that American forces killed bin Laden in Pakistan and that they took his body afterward. He said no Americans were harmed in the fight.
Asked how bin Laden's body will be treated, a senior administration official told reporters on a conference call that 'we are ensuring that is handled in accordance with Islamic practice.'
The official, who refused to be identified, said the matter is 'something that we take very seriously, and so, therefore, this is being handled in an appropriate manner.'

Good. Doing that only serves to point out the obvious. bin Laden was a MUSLIM. And what he did is no different than what millions of other muzzies would do, if given the chance.

They’ve already screwed the pooch on “Islamic Practice.” The body should have been buried within 24 hours, and I’m sure it has been touched by at least one infidel.
I’m sure the liberal view is that, if we don’t treat his body with respect and in accord with Islamic practice, then we would trigger retaliatory attacks. Just as the guy who burned the Koran was blamed for triggering violence, anything “wrong” that we do to the body of Bin Laden would be said to incite violence somewhere.
