In other words, if you gave me the right equipment and the DNA sample of OBL and the reference sample from his sister - I could tell you if the guy was the sibling of the sister in a single working day - or less.What about false positives? What is the percentage of those?

And if they’re just matching a sister, if this is all as it is stated to be, the dead man could be any male blood relative of the sister.
