Madigan and Cullerton are going to be pushing for the Illinois Dream Act to give illegal aliens more benefits, stop any local cooperation for counties who choose not to (Cook, Lake, St. Clair, etc.), and more college tuition and basically say they are Illinois citizens in good standing.
