This press conference has convinced me that Obama did not spearhead this takedown of OBL. Panetta went around him or dragged him along by threatening to leak that he missed the opportunity. Obama’s crew is mainly concerned with pandering to Islam & trying to illustrate to us what a leader Obama is. And politicizing this by going to Ground Zero to meet with a vetted pro-Obama audience.

I was thinking there is NO WAY Obama would have gone to Ground Zero without making sure he’s going to get a huge welcome.
Lately even he and his handlers would know he’s likely to get boo’ed all the way.
Apologies if this point has already been made in the thread, but if the US government can release post-assassination photos of President Kennedy, then the “too gruesome” excuse is bogus. This is all about appeasing the crazy mos. Does anyone really believe that those who seek American blood because of the death of Bin Laden are going to require the additional motivation of death photos?
