It’s important not to let this incident be forgotten. The next time a Republican challenges a blatently fraudulent case of Democrat vote-stuffing, the media will talk about how horrible it is that the 2313 out of 2315 votes, cast at the state hospital for the criminally insane, that went for the Democrat, were challenged by the Republican.

At that time, this case would be good to remind people of.

Should be “Count Every Legal Vote”, but who am I, a Natural Born Citizen of the United States of America, to question authority?

They were forced to “draw down” among the 24 absentee ballots, and Prosser lost 14 while Klopp lost 4.

In other words, they had no idea which absentee ballot votes belonged to the nuns, so they randomly chose which votes to throw out.

Which makes no sense -- were the witness signatures on an outside envelope? I would have thought they would be on the ballot, so they would know which ballots didn't have witness signatures.

Prosser is still on the court. The election was for the next term, which doesn’t start until August.

So they would have to delay both this recount and the court case until after August 1st.

Kloppenberg is a LOSER!

And by dissing a bunch of Nuns, she is asking for some serious trouble.

My mistake as to the particulars of the WI law. The Dem strategy is the same, though. Delay, not defeat.

I wouldn’t expect most people to be familiar with the details of wisconsin judicial elections. I certainly wasn’t until I looked it all up.

BTW, they are about 70% done with the recount, and right now Prosser has gained about 287 votes, and Klopper about 512 votes. They also found about 270 more write-in votes.

So if this had been a really close race, we’d be sweating it out now. Every statistic I’ve looked at favors her. Prosser has bigger losses, she has the bigger gains, and when they do random things, Prosser is coming out behind what the averages would predict — luck of the draw.

But so far, it’s a change of 225 in the difference, which still leaves Prosser up 7250 — and unless they’ve managed to jam a lot more cheating into the last 30% of the count, she’s pretty much toast.

If that is the case, then Scott Walker will have to just re-vote. I realize he is trying to avoid that and make certain that the courts don’t overstep their bounds, but this is too important to stand on ceremony. It is sickening to watch the libs walk all over the process.

In WI the incumbent in a contested election does not retain his position. IOW, Prosser’s seat is empty until the election is settled.

That makes no sense at all. I can't imagine that actually being true -- how can an election whose results don't take effect yet affect the term granted by a previous election?

One of the greatest dangers to the old Soviet Union was the fact that its leaders did not understand the power of religion. Today's Soviets are in America's labor unions. They know nothing about religion either. In a state like Wisconsin this could be a big factor in the future battles between Wisconsin's Americans and the unions.
