Supposedly, the whole purpose of using the SEALS was to not only kill bin Laden but to be able to prove to the world that he's dead. Now Obama won't show the proof.
It pisses me off that Obama would risk the lives of Navy SEALS and 4 helicopter crews, probably about 50 men, and then NOT show the photos. If he was not going to show the photos he could’ve killed the SOB bin Laden with a couple of 2000 pound bombs and not risk those lives.
After they put themselves in danger like that, the military must be seething that the administration actually tried to yank the rug from under them like that.
This must mean that the rumors are true, and that there really are two warring factions going against each other inside the WH.
They may not want to show the pictures because they would not support the idea he was killed while resisting.
The description of his head wound makes me wonder if he did not oft himself. I would think having a helicopter crash in your front yard and a 20 minute firefight in the front room would have alerted him to the possibility that something was not quite right in the compound.
He said he would never be taken alive and a shot under the chin or the temple fits a couple of the descriptions of the wounds and partly explains the ever changing story of what happened.
Politics permeates everything, I don’t know what to believe.
