The heavy democrat financial supporter who runs Progressive Insurance has been pushing to mandate the installation of electronic devices in all domestic and foreign imported cars that allows them to track if you wear your seat belt or not, blow into a tube to start the engine to verify you haven't been drinking, your driving speeds, and ofcourse a GPS tracker. Then every time your renew your insurance, they run a report on your driving for the past 6 months, and your rate will be based on their analysis.
