What's the cost to everyone for adding a whole new layer of bureaucracy?
What's the point of buying a fuel-efficient car if it still going to cost as much to drive?
I don't see any upside to this. It just makes life more expensive. It's Fed Kleptocracy.

I don't see any upside to this. Think how devastating this would be for Democrats, BHO, and some Republicans. There's always a silver lining.

What’s the point of buying a fuel-efficient car if it still going to cost as much to drive?... Some states want a flat fee per annum on fuel efficient cars IN ADDITION to gas taxes, user fee taxes and licenses. So what good does it do to get one of the monstrously expensive junkers? You will FEEL good about yourself.

What's the point of buying a fuel-efficient car if it still going to cost as much to drive? My guess is that if you had time to read the 3,000 page bill the eventually energed, you would find that "green" cars would get another exemption (in addition to the ones they already get).
"Under my plan, energy prices would necessarily skyrocket." (Except the new marxist True Believers.)
