Does the change in finger signal something?

Has he gained weight??

My bet is since he moved to the compound from his mountain hide-outs, there have been some wealthy Saudis getting him the best medical treatments (and obviously some Just For Men). But, if you look at his shoulders and eyes and ignore the obvious fake dye on his beard, he does seem to be older and more worn.
