If you go to the White House Flickr photo stream of this meeting, there are a couple of photos of Barry sitting in the POTUS chair.

Problem is the name plaque on the table, at the POTUS seat, says “Mr. Donilon”, who in one photo is sitting in the chair to the POTUS chair’s left.

Mr Donilon - Tom Donilon - is National Security Advisor. Because of his name plaque at the head/POTUS chair, and no evidence of a “President Obama” name plaque - the indicators are that Mr. Donilon was THE one conducting the meeting, and that as has been reported - Barry was only brought in once the raid was under way.
