SAN FERNANDO, Mexico (AP) - When he was deported from the U.S. to Mexico for the third time, Martin Estrada Luna was a high school dropout from Washingon state with a rap sheet of petty crimes like burglary.
Less than two years later, Mexican authorities say, he has transformed himself into a drug baron known as El Kilo, the leader of a ruthless cell of the Zetas gang who masterminded the mass killings of more than 250 people. He is now under arrest in Mexico City.

That’s why I love the border cities in WA like Blaine. You go to a Starbucks and you don’t have to rip your hair out when they say “que?” unlike here in L.A.

Folks should read the entire article.
Chilling.
Not even the Federales will take these guys on. Only the Army/Marines.
They rule cites and states in Mexico. The dig trenches with backhoes in order to bury all the bodies.

As soon as I saw “central Washington” I knew it was Yakima. Can’t swing a dead cat without hitting several dozen, let’s say, “mis-understood yutes” there.

hundreds of thousands of
deportees illegal Mexican nationals with criminal backgrounds are
dumped deported to their home-country which refuses to accept custody transfer to their own prisons in Mexico
and allow them, instead, to run amock on their own population. The USA is then blamed for incarcerating them as criminals in the first place. there, fixed it

One of my students (anchor baby or illegal) who’s family is constantly going back and forth across the border was telling me about these Mexican gangs. I won’t post the names but he knew all about them and how they have counterparts in San Antonio, TX and other US cities. Very scary indeed.

He is now under arrest in Mexico City. Isn't this kind of dangerous for the cops and jailers, if these slime bags try to bust him out of jail?
