Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano said Saturday that Congress should be responsible for tackling the nation’s illegal immigration problem, not the individual states.
Saying the illegal immigration is down by 36 percent under Obama, Napolitano said, "I think these efforts on a state by state level first of all have predicated a falsity … that there has been nothing done, and that the border somehow is out of control. That is incorrect."

Someone should be responsible, and it should be the feds. However, the feds are being irresponsible in not doing their job, so they should not interfere if the states do the feds’ job for them.
