Good morning, Old Sarge! I usually just have a bagel with cream cheese and coffee on workdays. Weekends we do big breakfasts.

Normally these days, breakfast is coffee and a granola bar about 2pm.
Lunch is at Dairy Queen with a chicken sandwich and a shake.
