What about Native Americans? When a Native American is tried, shouldn’t he be tried under Tribal Law instead of normal American Law.
If the Muslims can establish their own theological form of Law and be tried under it, then why can’t we all.

Jews - Jewish Law
Muslims - Sharia Law
Illegals - Mexican Law
Catholics - Vatican Law
White - Normal American Law
and on and on...
I fail to see what makes Sharia Law different from hundreds of other legal systems all over the world.
I must not be as ‘enlightened’ as the ACLU in that regard.

Well, if the Muslims get any part of Sharia imposed, they should also be subject to the criminal parts—cutting off hands, beheading, burying in sand to the neck and stoning to death etc. Plus, if anyone rapes a muslim girl, the muslim girl should be jailed. And so on.
