Federal Judge Blocks Utah Immigration Law A federal judge blocks a Utah law that would allow police to check the citizenship status of people they arrest. He cited its similarity to an Arizona immigration law now before federal courts.
May 11, 2011 SALT LAKE CITY — A federal judge on Tuesday blocked a new immigration law in Utah that would have allowed police to check the citizenship status of anyone they arrest. Judge Clark Waddoups issued his ruling in Salt Lake City hours after the law went into effect, citing its similarity to an Arizona law now before federal courts. T he American Civil Liberties Union and National Immigration Law Center had sued to stop the law, warning that its implementation could lead to racial profiling. Utah Assistant Atty. Gen. Jerrold Jensen said the ruling was "not a surprise."
Jensen said after the hearing that the law was "fully constitutional" and that his office planned to "argue it vigorously."
The next hearing on the matter is set for July 14.

Surely the federal judge is following the Constitution and Rule of Law? (sarc). Meanwhile the unlimited number of illegal aliens entering this country daily help fulfil the globalist agenda wrought upon us by NAFTA and our democrat leaders:

This is an outrage. Meanwhile the socialist-fascist pigs Chucky Schumer and Rahm Emanuel are ecstatic about the idea of an internal US passport that would restrict travel (no-ride list) for those citizens that the TSA bureaucracy deems a threat, while these same two support no police verification for illegal immigrants.
It is anticipated that such a list would eventually lead to other restrictions on American citizens such as a ban gun ownership which is their true goal.
We need to be aware what they are attempting to do which is taking away our freedoms.

If you see something, say something — and do something. Fortunately, the crew and passengers of AA Flight 1561 did — tackling a nutball Yemeni Muslim shouting “Allahu Akbar” as he beat on the cockpit door of their plane.
Now, watch law enforcement authorities downplay the incident as nothing-burger:
The passengers sat stunned as they watched a man walk quickly toward the front of American Airlines Flight 1561 as it was descending toward San Francisco. He was screaming and then began pounding on the cockpit door.
“I kept saying to myself: ‘What’s he doing? Does he have a bomb? Is he armed?’” passenger Angelina Marty said.
Within moments Sunday, a flight attendant tackled Rageh Almurisi. Authorities do not yet have a motive.
While authorities said that Almurisi, 28, of Vallejo, Calif., has no clear or known ties to terrorism, the incident underscored fears that extremists may try to mount attacks to retaliate for the death of al-Qaida leader Osama bin Laden last week.
Federal agents are investigating Almurisi’s background. He was carrying a Yemeni passport and a California identification card, authorities said.
…Marty, 35, recalled that she and other passengers on the plane were stunned when they saw Almurisi walking down the aisle. She said a woman in a row across from her who speaks Arabic translated that Almurisi said “God is Great!” in Arabic.
Andrew Wai, another passenger, told KGO-TV on Monday that the wife of one of the men who took Almurisi down later said Almurisi was yelling “Allahu Akbar.”
“There was no question in everybody’s mind that he was going to do something,” Marty said.
A male flight attendant tackled Almurisi, and other crew members and passengers, including a retired Secret Service agent and a retired San Mateo police officer, helped subdue him as he banged on the door, police said. The flight attendant put plastic handcuffs on him.
Funny how you can scream “Allahu Akbar” at the top of your lungs and still have authorities proclaim your motives unknown.

There's the bit I was looking for. I thought it funny that the flight attendant subdued the raghead. I haven't seen the flight attendant yet that could make me raise the seat-back tray, let alone get me to the ground. Male or otherwise.
Re there ANY Governors or Attorney Generals at the State Level that have ever READ THE US CONSTITUTION?? Apparantly not, when you consider this: The Us Constitution is CRYSTAL CLEAR as to the Venue when “ A State is a Party to an Action” THE SUPREME COURT HAS ORIGINAL JURISDICTION. No State is bound by th acts of an INFERIOR TRIBUNAL... Nor is any State ever required to Bow before an INFERIOR TRIBUNAL. When the Supreme Court REFUSES to hear a case involving A State, the State is FREE TO DO AS IT CHOOSES. They are NOT REQUIRED UNDER OUR CONSTITUTION TO PAY ANY ATTENTION WHATSOEVER TO ANY INFERIOR TRIBUNAL. Arrest the Judge for willfully and knowingly USURPING THE RIGHTS OF A FREE STATE. Seize his Assets, hold him without bail and upon conviction, LIFE IS PRISON WITHOUT PAROLE. Problem solved. any doubts?? READ THE CONSTITUTION
