Hmmm, lots more to this story. If he was involved in dealing then the cops were in the right. If it was the wrong house, yet again, then they have some serious questions to be answered.

As for him not getting medical care, it’s standard proceedure that the site must be cleared out and declared safe before paramedics are allowed inside.

How can something that Marines face court martial for in a “war zone” the “right thing to do” in a America where we are GUARANTEED the security of our home by the govt that violates that security without warning? They easily could have knocked on the door, told him to send anyone out of the house from a bullhorn, or made a stinking phone call. The police initiated this murder, and they deserve to “hang” for it as sure as I am sitting here.

Since they killed him, you can bet your ass that he was involved in all types of illegal activity.

No it is not right. There are many ways to arrest alleged drug dealers, and that is assuming that the government has a proper role in sustaining a War on Drugs.

SWAT is used way to often to simply serve warrants and make routine arrest. SWAT should only be used for terrorist of hostage situations.

I think the general point of many posters is that they are getting tired of the police acting like the military/rambo, more than often against the wrong house, people believing they are being broken into and attempting to defend themselves, getting all their pets killed, etc.

Is that a law or a union rule? What is the procedure for declaring a site safe? Safe for whom? Obviously, not the victim.
