Immigration questioned his immigrationi status as they COULD NOT FIND ANY DOCUMENTATION showing his nationality or citizenship!!
Where is that documented? It’s not in the WND article. Or at least I don’t see his citizenship being questioned anywhere in the article posted.
Sorry to rain on everybody’s parade, but since when does the US government get to decide how your kids are educated?
Stanley Ann Dunham broke no promise, because the US government had no authority to inquire into how her child was educated.
I would have said “None of your darn business”. Only with stronger language.

Everything in her life was a lie from her religion to where her son was born. She even lied on his form for that Indonesian Muslim School by saying he was born in Hawaii.
Of course it's none of their business, but she was trying to get them to renew Soetoro's (hubby II's) visa, and this was evidently something that would make them more inclined to do so. So she made a deal, then failed to hold up her end of it.

I don't understand this, and doubt it happened, but here is the article anyway. When we lived in foreign countries, no one told us where or how to educate our children. It was never an issue.

I had my children in the early 60’s. We lived in a college community. NO ONE home schooled (to my knowledge) at that time.

Have you ever Googled “Shirley Ann Dunham”? Prior to 2008, there were a lot of hits listing BO’s mother as Shirley Ann, not Stanley Ann. Odd.
We freepers have a wide range of ages among us and how many of us could say we’ve ever had to ask the government for anything or made promises to the government that we couldn’t/wouldn’t keep. What a bunch of grifters that whole family is/was.
The majority of us have lived our lives, made our own decisions, called on no one for help and yet every time we turn around, that particular family was involved in requesting some favor from someone to further their own ambitions. INCREDIBLE!

Why does the US Government care how a “Mother” raised the Child?

Simple answer: Yes. If he’d been considered anything else by the USDOS/INS the file entry wouldn’t exist.
The question is:
Why is the US Gov’t invested in a US educated Barry to the point they might consider a visa for Lolo??
