It references nothing about Natural Born


I understand that and wasn’t questioning that aspect. But does it infer that he was considered a US Citizen at that time?

It appears that way to me. But then she broke her agreement and he was enrolled as an Indonesian muslim... so...

Immigration questioned his immigrationi status as they COULD NOT FIND ANY DOCUMENTATION showing his nationality or citizenship!!

A simple statement by some Hawaiian government employee brushed that away without ANY further reference to any documentation to back his remark of Obama being an American citizen of any kind!

Just as they are doing now.

At that time it was somebody supporting Stanley Ann Dunham’s mother’s - undocumented - claim as a favor to get her new son-in-law’s visa renewed! Remember she was in a fairly influential work position herself in a small enclave.

Simple answer: Yes. If he’d been considered anything else by the USDOS/INS the file entry wouldn’t exist.
