Agreed, not much of a story here. Marijuana grows wild everywhere in AfPak, China, India, especially in the road ditches.

In N India, Jammu & Kashmir, workers are paid to walk through the road ditches and roll the leaves in their hands. When their hands get covered in the THC laden "tar" it's peeled off and sold in golf ball size lumps in every market place. Their versions of a drug store sell it openly.

Never ever, ever smoke that black stuff. The difference there and here is if you wish to set around and smoke and die no one gives a damn and you die. Here the bastards want to smoke and have the rest of the people cloth and feed them and provide with some ugly fat hog to get it on with.
