Don't know for sure but it is not unusual for a street drug bust to net some hapless junkie low level dealer. Cops and DA lean on him hard with promises of reduced or no sentence if they 'roll over' on their supplier. Junkie is scared $#!tless and screws up the address which the cops jump on without verifying. Presto, another urban disaster.

Exactly what happened in Atlanta a few short years ago, where the Swat team murdered a precious dear old lady, becasue they went to the wrong house. And then they tried to cover it up by lying, and trying to get their snitch to lie for them. They are now in prison.
