Besides, if there are other people in these crooks' home countries, perhaps seeing what happened to their miscreant brethren would make them think twice about coming here.

These types of people need to be shot and then deported. This poster may have meant this literally; i.e., We shot Bin Laden and "deported him" to the bottom of the Arabian Sea.
