There are other ways to be made whole. However, if all you want is revenge, there are even more ways to arrange for that.

Best to not get revenge through private parties.

I wasn't thinking of revenge. In the courts you'll find the law...not justice.
Far better ways to get revenge.

I was only thinking of recouping monetary loses to avoid financial ruin. 125 grand is a lot of dough and would ruin most folks.
