Basically the case ~ first thing you demand is medical certification that the person charging you with something is female ~ that you, yourself, have no personal knowledge regarding her sex, never looked, never intended to look, and are disturbed that this individual has brought sex up for public discussion.
I don't think you can start a more acrimonious and distressing defense than that ~ make your company (or government agency) pay for it.
