RINO alert!
Lugar needs to go.
Oh, wait...
Dream Act? Hmmmmmm....wonder which identity illegals will use to register for college (/snix)?
July 21, 2006----BERGEN RECORD, NJ
Texans accused of selling counterfeit IDs (impoverished illegals "here for a better life" pay several thousand $$$ for fake ID's)
Pelcastre brothers, Angel and Jorge, Dallas, Texas, were a walking threat to US national security, expert document forgers who, for a few thousand dollars, could give anyone a new identity, NJ L/E authorities said. The Texas brothers were a "one-stop shop" for a myriad of fake US documents, including birth certificates, Social Security cards, driver's licenses----for any state in the US------ passports and resident alien cards, said state police.
The Texas brothers turned a NJ hotel room into a business office and were readying a massive cache of fake Social Security cards for delivery to a local NJ identity broker. Officers happened upon two cars bearing Texas plates in a NJ hotel parking lot. Authorities wouldn't identify the NJ hotel by name for fear it would spark retribution. The Drug Interdiction Task Force regularly runs checks.
The Texas brothers were followed to a NJ office supply store nearby where they purchased computer supplies. Officers then followed the Texans to a NJ storage facility in Secaucus, NJ, where the Texans loaded several boxes into a car. One of them stood lookout. Authorities approached the Texas brothers when they returned to the NJ hotel and questioned them separately.
The Texas brothers consented to a search. Police recovered laminating sheets with built-in security features, pages of blank documents waiting for fake names and information, finished documents, computers and software to create the fake IDs. All told, the haul was worth about $500,000 on the street when sold to "impoverished illegals." Police also recovered $6,000 in cash, which was the first payment from a NJ fake document broker for a shipment of 500 phony Social Security cards. ####

THE FRAUD FILE
<><><> A Social Security category provides outrageous government financial aid to "illegal refugees" claiming "persecution from drug wars." These phonies never paid a dime into the SS system; yet, they collect seven years straight...... and get extended payments if they are politically well-connected---like having a pal in the WH. The SS checks can amount to $1000 a month, and more. And that's for one identity. Evidence shows illegals establish several identities with phony SS nos and fake documents (which "impoverished immigrants" buy from itinerant document brokers for several thousand dollars). Washington state rapist, Jose Madrigal, had 30 identities.
<><><> Earned Income Tax Credit is also available to immigrants who obtain legal work status. But the law allows immigrants to claim EITC for up to three years prior to obtaining that status. Workers simply file a tax return for the years in which they were not legally eligible to work in the US.
The most widespread abuse stems from the requirement that children live with the worker for more than six months of the year. IRS does little to verify the claim. Many immigrants claim non-existent children, or claim children who theyve left behind with relatives. Those with two or more children and income below $32,121 could get as much as $4,008. It is estimated that illegals got $22 billion EITC refunds.

Illegal ordered to repay $3M in Calif employment fraud
San Francisco Chronicle | June 26, 2010
FR Posted June 26, 2010 by artichokegrower
A former Marysville resident has been sentenced to prison and ordered to pay back $3 million in fraudulently obtained unemployment compensation. U.S. Attorney Benjamin B. Wagner says 31-year-old Manuel Mejia Ordonez was sentenced Friday to eight years and one month in prison for conspiracy to commit mail fraud and identity theft. (Excerpt) Read more at sfgate.com ...

Q. How does a citizen of Mexico make $3 million in unemployment claims? A. By establishing multiple identities. The fraudster, Manuel Mejia Ordonez, got eight years for conspiracy to commit mail fraud........and identity theft.
================================================

Illegal Jose Madrigal, the Washington state rapist, had some 30 identities.
Too late, Dick, you’re toast!
Why the old fart does not take his millions in graft and go home is beyond me, he can set in a rocker beside bob dole.

REFERENCE In July 2010, the Federation for American Immigration Reform (FAIR) released the results of a study which examined the costs of illegal immigration at the federal, state and local levels. The study found that U.S. state and local governments shell out $84.2 billion annually in various services (law enforcement, schools, social services, etc.), with California taxpayers alone, spending $21 billion on illegal aliens every year.
The same study found that $29 billion is spent every year in federal funds on illegal aliens. So, while it would cost a one-time fee of about $135 billion to deport every single illegal alien in the country, it is actually a bargain considering the fact that it already costs us $113 billion annually to keep them here.

TEXAS DREAM ACT DEMONSTRATION----- 2009

Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano announced a 180-degree turn from the Bush Administrations approach to guarding the nations security. By its emphasis on the negative, the Bush Administration gave strength to those who would harm us, Napolitano contended. Calling it a war on terror for example, elevated the scale of violence and increased the risk that we would provoke more attacks.
Napolitano cast her new policy as the power of positive thinking.
When I was a small child I was fascinated by the story of Peter Pan, she said. Just by thinking happy thoughts the characters could fly. Ultimately, they were able to defeat the pirates and return home safely. If we can create those same positive vibes, we, too, can triumph over the modern day pirates who are causing such mischief around the world.
Staff members at the Department of Homeland Security have been instructed to revise the language they use to describe the current situation. Out are terms like terrorist and vulnerable. In place of these negative terms, the Department staff is advised to use those with a different world view and a society open to alternative perspectives of life, respectively.
Representative Peter King (R-N.Y.), the Republican minoritys top ranking member of the House Homeland Security Committee, called Napolitanos strategy appallingly naïve. She's obviously living in some sort of fantasy land, he wryly observed. Apparently, she believes we can rely on the kindness of strangers to protect us. I think she dangerously mis-perceives the threat.
White House press secretary Robert Gibbs dismissed Kings criticism as missing the point. The president is an 'internal optimist,' so he does have Peter Pan-like qualities, Gibbs said.
Hes brought a new sense of hope to the world. I think if we all give him our unquestioning faith, this country may find a strength that has been blocked by the narrow thinking of the past. Read more... http://www.azconservative.org/Semmens1.htm
"Peter Pan? I thought I was Mickey Mouse."
Any conservative challengers that can beat Loogie?
Lugar is globalist/open borders scum!
Not too bad a deal to collect 10,000 per month with 6 phony SS#, if all you face is deportation
Sounds like Lugar got a little election year advice from Juan McCain.
Anyone know the rules in Indiana, in case he loses the primary? Can he run third party?

Under Indiana Code 3-8-1-5.5 states:
IC 3-8-1-5.5
Candidates defeated in primary or nomination process; ineligibility
Sec. 5.5. (a) Except as provided in IC 3-13-1-19 and IC 3-13-2-10 for filling a vacancy on a ticket, a person who:
(1) is defeated in a primary election;
(2) appears as a candidate for nomination at a convention and is defeated;
(3) files a declaration of candidacy for nomination by a county, city, or town convention and is defeated; or
(4) files a declaration of candidacy for nomination by a caucus conducted under IC 3-13-1 or IC 3-13-2 and is defeated;
is not eligible to become a candidate for the same office in the next general or municipal election.
The exception in IC 3-13-1-19 states: "Sec. 19. A person who was defeated in a primary election or in a town or state convention is eligible to be appointed by the political party that the person affiliated with by voting in the most recent primary election held by that party. The person selected may fill any vacancy on the party's ticket as a candidate in any general, municipal, or special election following that primary election or convention in which the vacancy occurred. However, a person is not disqualified from appointment under this section for not having voted in the most recent primary election if the appointee is certified as a member of that party by the county chairman for the county in which the appointee resides." As added by P.L.5-1986, SEC.9. Amended by P.L.3-1987, SEC.423; P.L.3-1993, SEC.226.
The exception in IC-3-13-2-10 states: "Sec. 10. A person who was defeated in a primary election or in a town or state convention is eligible to be appointed by the person's own political party to fill any vacancy on the party's ticket as a candidate in any general, municipal, or special election following that primary election or convention." As added by P.L.5-1986, SEC.9. Amended by P.L.3-1987, SEC.427.
In other words the only way Lugar can run as an independent candidate or 3rd party candidate is if he DOESN'T run in the Republican primary. He would have to run initially for that other 3rd or independent party FIRST and then win that party's primary. Once defeated he cannot run again for the same office until the next election cycle.
And the only way Lugar can run after being defeated in the GOP primary is through a vacancy. Example: In 2012 his opposing primary candidate for the Republican Party is Richard Mourdock. Should Mourdock win and then subsequently die, withdraw, or be disqualified due to a criminal conviction, etc.; THEN and only THEN could the IN GOP appoint Lugar as the candidate to fill that vacancy.
So in other words as long as Lugar runs in the Republican party, and as long as he is defeated by Mourdock, and then so long as Mourdock stays healthy and remains qualified, then Lugar can't run as an independent (or any other party) nor can he fill any vacancies on the GOP ticket.
Richard Mourdock is taking Loogie on. Time will tell.
Dick must be running for reelection that is the only time he acts like a Conservative. I hope it doesn’t work this time.
I’m a hoosier and I’ve been voting in this state since 1976. 2012 will be the first election that I can remember where Lugar has had a primary opponent. In the past he keeps getting re-elected because he has ran unopposed in the Republican primary.
But now he actually has a conservative primary opponent!!! I’m throwing all I have into helping Richard Mourdock defeat the RINO. With God’s help Lugar’s days are numbered.
I’ve heard Mourdock speak on several occasions. He is quite good. Pretty sharp guy.
Time has passed Lugar by. He is no longer relevent in this current political environment. He should do the honorable thing and retire and give speeches to little old ladies.
I say Dick Lugar before he dicks you.
Ping!
Lugar is fired in 2012. The only elected he’ll now be able to get is the town idiot.
Thanks for going to all the trouble of looking that up. Much helpful information!
