RELAX EVERYONE!!!Have you not noticed that your local light bulb manufacturer has already prepared for the disaster by launching production of the soon-to-be-venerated 97-watt bulb??
For every legal action that "closes a gap" there are myriad also-legal actions proving that "the gap" was part of a VERY LARGE screen door.

Screen or solid oak, the d@mned door shouldn't even exist in the first place! And legislation applying to 40W bulbs and up kicks in in 2014 anyway.
