'NK Rocket Launchers Pointed at S.Korea'

Write 2011-05-17 18:16:16 Update 2011-05-17 18:52:57

The military is closely watching North Korea’s movements as multiple rocket launchers directed against South Korea have been observed.

A military official said that the South Korean military detected on Tuesday afternoon four 240-millimeter multiple rocket launchers at a North Korean artillery position near the border pointed at the South.

The position is about six kilometers away from the southern limit line in Hwacheon County, Gangwon Province.

The official added that the North Korean military is believed to be holding an ordinary drill, but the South Korean military is closely watching the North’s movements and preparing for any contingency.

There's a lot of troubling things going on around the world. While I'm not the biggest Beck fan, he has said there would be a time when the troublemakers of the world would sense an opportunity and say, "Go, now!"

I have no idea if this is the time, but the pieces certainly seem to be moving into place.

I’ve heard that life is worse than usual in North Korea.

Bosworth Says U.S. to Decide on N. Korea Aid Trip in Days
http://www.businessweek.com/news/2011-05-17/bosworth-says-u-s-to-decide-on-n-korea-aid-trip-in-days.html

No aid. Let them destabilize so they can be dealt with once and for all.

Put nuclear weapons and other anti-missile offensive weapons into South Korea immediately. Also state that there will be no further aid of any kind from the US, South Korea nor Japan that will go into North Korea until the Kim regime steps down and the country immediately surrenders unconditionally.

Let China and Russia take care of their colony.

the troublemakers of the worldsense an opportunity and say, "Go, now!"

Much truth in that as the International Leaderships shuffle for control and positions. Iran's apparently putting missiles in Venezuela now and that certainly presents the US with a major threat. Too much like the Cuban Missile Crisis on our doorstep! At any rate many are indeed setting the stage for some pretty hefty leveraging....

Ruh-roh.

Twice this week I’ve watched Greta’s rather amazing interview with Franklin Graham from ... North Korea. Actually broadcasting from a field on a farming collective, party members huddled together in the background, monitoring and keeping tabs.

Pyongyang is, according to Graham, approximately 3 weeks away from running out of food. The famine Graham says begins in June.

“Put”?

Make South Korea BUY THEM FROM US.

They can afford it. They should pay. We need the money.

Getta’s reporting from N.Korea with Samaritan’s purse. Apparently stating the grain houses will go empty next month.

There is a small uprising of a few who dare speak out in N. Korea, but of course it’s a whimper as to do otherwise would mean certain death or time in the camps.

However the people are so brainwashed to believe another famine is an honorable sacrifice for the good of the country.... I’m not so certain the sanctions are working to encourage the people rise up against the Gov.

I am concerned that no matter what is or not done for food...it will be given to the military with only a trickle going to the people...starvation will happen just the same.

We need to do an airdrop of small caliber handguns over the North. Hundreds of thousands of them.

With my plan, the problem almost solves itself!

That would certainly result in a reduction of the NK population.

"That would certainly result in a reduction of the NK population."

I respecfully disagree. Once the elites are overthrown, food will no longer be hoarded by the powerful, and the people will be able to participate in the free market.

It's a win win for everybody but the slave masters.

The same applies in this country, for that matter.

Have no fear, good ol’ Pres. Carter will work his magic and tell the NK to be good little boys and girls. (gag)

‘Once the elites are overthrown’...that’s quite an assumption. How can you be sure it would happen?

It’s not like caves can traverse like a tank turret. They were selected or dug precisely to point south to their intended targets. Don’t need to be an artilleryman to figure that one out.
