Constitutionalists don't DO "Social Engineering." We want to draw down government, and return responsibility to individuals. That is why Gingrich's comments are sooo galling. We have over $200 Trillion in unfunded debts & entitlements coming up. This is not time to continue vague "discussions." We need to get behind a solid fiscal plan for controlling public costs NOW. The whole point of Ryan's plan is to manage massive promised entitlements and reduce them to reasonable levels before we immediately go BK. Newt's also jealous of Ryan because he offers significantly better 'optics.' Hope my husband doesn't catch me writing that... ; )
