I agree the law says he is innocent until proven guilty, but when you read and hear about a person's sordid past, as is true in this guy's past, then it is easy to jump to a conclusion, even without a trial. Believe, the defense will do everything they can to destroy this woman, because destroying her will make it easier for them to win at trial. It is a common defense tactic.
