WASHINGTON — US President Barack Obama will visit the Central Intelligence Agency on Friday to honor the work of agents who helped find an elusive Osama bin Laden, the White House said.
Obama will head to CIA's Langley, Virginia headquarters to thank officers "for the work they do every day to keep America safe and specifically for their excellent work in tracking down Osama bin Laden," White House spokesman Jay Carney told reporters Wednesday aboard Air Force One.
He said Obama made the decision to visit the CIA "in the wake of the successful bin Laden mission," in which elite US commandos whisked into Pakistan by helicopter in the dead of night and killed the Al-Qaeda terror kingpin on May 2, ending the most elaborate manhunt in history.
"So this was a presidential decision that he wanted to make this trip," Carney added.

DO they honestly have to announce everyone? I hope this is some sort of ploy to keep terrorists off any one target, perhaps not, but I hope there is some sort of meaning to it.
Maybe Obama will ask all agents to bring in their legal papers and have a ceremonial tearing up of said papers, officially ending the the “probe”.

A victory lap is ONCE around the track. The crowds have cheered and left, the rest of the relay team is off to compete in other events, yet he is STILL on his Nth circuit of the victory lap.

I’ll bet that the applications for a day of annual leave are whirling around Langley right now. If they’re assembled in the auditorium or the cafeteria, I’d like to see them replicate what the VVA did at the Vietnam Memorial when Slick Willy gave a speech on Memorial Day in 1993: Come to attention then execute an about face.
Suggest that all the agents attending go in disguise.
Obama will continue to have an event a week on the killing of OBL right up until election day.
Holder will follow serving subpoenas to the agents.
