A Texas teen mom could face life behind bars after she was caught on camera trying to smother her baby with a blanket and her hands.
Shantaniqua Nykole Scott, 18, of Waco was convicted Thursday of injury to a child. She previously told authorities that she couldn't handle the stress of being a single, unemployed mom and wanted the 4-month-old "out of my life."

This is a very young and immature child who has been raised in a culture of death. It was all right to murder the child 8 months ago because mom did not want to be burdened but not after the baby is born.

I know mothers who said they would throw their children off a bridge rather than give them to someone else to raise. The maternal instinct can be a very strange thing sometimes. They can kill it with abortion but it would be cruel to give it up for adoption.

So because she is young and didn’t get to finish the job of killing her baby because hospital staff intervened, no big deal. She is innocent. Let her go.
