Yes indeed, however I suspect much of the dirty work will be done behind the scenes as far as where the money comes from. It will be hidden behind a cloak of supporting their organization as being a community helps program...with only enough revenus given those projects to claim such. They are experts as “laundry washing” and that they will do successfuly. Reason..no one will stop them til after the fact and it won’t matter after the fact.
