I think he will go after them. I view him like all other 3rd world “leaders that will protect what is theirs in a vicious ad hoc manner. It is a form of street fighting.
What types of governments and leaders provoke most of our wars? Who fights the most bitter bloody wars? It is usually one fascist/dictator/thug/communist vs another.
He may hate us but how can he bring us to heel if al-Qaeda get us first?
