Meanwhile, neighbors in the area are shaken up by the ordeal. "I feel bad for them as a neighbor. I just, my heart goes out, because I have kids," said neighbor Juliet Suman.
Another neighbor said, "I'm glad it happened in the middle of the day. This is still just all sinking in."
Back in 2009, an armed robber targeted the Davis family. Since then, the family has been living in fear. According to published reports, the attorney said he installed surveillance cameras and panic buttons in his home.
