I believe that Florida and Texas have similar ‘Castle’ laws... I can shoot any SlOB that attempts to steal my property or invade my ‘Castle’.

I checked it out about six months ago... My only regret is that I didn’t kill the SlOB...

I have had positive feedback from the local law enforcement folks...

Almost all states with “Stand Your Ground” provisions also provide civil immunity unless excessive force was used. In those instances excessive force would be if a subdued, restrained or unconscious intruder were shot.
