Sorry, I haven’t seen any info on your defense of Strauss-Kahn side that is relevant enough to counteract the accusations. Especially if all the dan evidence pans out.

We do not know if there were marks or scratches on him as of yet. As for her, we know she was definitely bruised during the assault, and the rape kit showed some damage, iirc?

This guy has a long history of sex accusations against him. And for that very reason, I tend to believe the story unless proven otherwise!
