The man shot and killed by Pima County SWAT officers was linked to a home-invasion crew, the attorney representing the officers said Thursday.
Michael Storie said authorities found rifles, hand guns, body armor and a portion of a law enforcement uniform inside the house where Jose Guerena was shot by officers serving a search warrant May 5.

The raid took place at about 9:30 a.m. and Guerena, 26, was asleep after working the graveyard shift at Asarco Mission mine, Guerenas wife said.Yeah riiiiight....."Ex" Marines work twelve hour shifts tehn moonlight as home invaders and drug rip off artists.

Yeah his own home. These guys are pulling in all the excuses they can find anywhere to justify the killing of this vet.

This case make me so freakin mad I.....grrrr.
Spoke to my Dad yesterday who lives in Scotsdale, he said he saw on one of the local reports that this Marine had a picture of a drug lord hanging on his wall.
The report was insinuating that this was their drug link....bizarre.

this whole case is as ugly as what they did to Eric Scott in the Las Vegas Costco.
May the judgment of God fall on these evil murders.

Don’t know all of the facts of what happened there, but just because the deceased was a marine doesn’t mean he can’t be a crook.

If he didn't have incriminating evidence before, it's sitting on his coffee table now...
Just ask all the thugs involved. "He was comin' right at us!" "Oh, look! A suspicious white powder! From the same source as that arrest last week! It even has my initials on it! Oops, wrong baggie!" "He was seen by everyone in the theater, jumping out of the Presidential Box, waving a knife!"
These criminals need to spend about two hundred years at Marion, Illinois.

I am ex military. There are rifles, handguns and maybe an old flak jacket or two laying around my house. I guess I must be in a home invasion “crew” also.
To: Scotsman will be Free
True, but all of the facts that are lining up in this case point to the cops being the crooks, and murderers here.

I’m retired. The marines have military police for a reason, just like the army does. My guess is because they have crooks in uniform.

I wonder if the "drug lord" had long brown hair, beard, and ethereal glow about him, one hand on his heart, the other raised. It's a Lord, all right, but maybe not the drug kind.
It's a little known fact that druggies are required to post pictures of their drug lord bosses, right next to JFK and ML King...
Do they actually get away with this bull--t in court?

Looks like having one just might come in handy here soon.

Cops in a round room trying to find a corner to crap in. Sort of like the cops that killed the little old lady in atlanta they are starting to make up crap. Put the whole swat team in jail for life.
To: Las Vegas Ron
Are they still saying he said a movie-like catch phrase before he didn’t fire?
