Have you looked at the new birth certificate? Its pretty hokey pokey even to the untrained eye. The former head of the HI records Dept said she looked at Barry’s long form and it was half typed and half handwritten. No part of the one released is handwritten.
PDF format is the de facto standard for companies to release electronic representations of paper documents. PDF files can contain an arbitrary mixture of bitonal, color, and grayscale bitmaps, along with an arbitrary mixture of text and vector graphics. I don't know to what extent automated tools will take a high-resolution bitmap and decompose it into different parts, but I do know that if utilities don't already exist that would turn a scan of a document that looks like the Obama COLB into a PDF similar to the one that was released, they should. In many cases, storing and distributing 1200dpi uncompressed scans of mostly-text documents would be overkill; in cases where file size is important, analyzing a source image and decomposing the parts that seem to be bitonal, grayscale, and color would greatly improve the efficiency by which a reasonable facsimile of a document could be stored and transmitted.
The reason for the poor quality of the image is to obscure the details. Smoke and mirrors.
I don’t believe there is an original COLB in HI for Obozo.....
I do believe there was a late filing for a COLB that was recorded, but not accepted and acted upon because of lack of documentation.
I do not believe Obozo was born in HI. I am not sure if he was born in the U.S. at all.

If you look at the PDF file that was on the wh website, Pay particular attention to the signatures of Obama’s mom and the Doctor.
Blow it up to 800 or 1000%. You’ll notice that the resuscitation for the two signatures is not the same... The dots per inch is different by a factor of four. The two signatures were obviously scanned at different reticulations. They are not text, and OCR is not a factor. They were different scans... If the signatures are phony, then the whole document to which the signatures verify is a phony...

Well, one thing’s for certain. The .pdf file was created by a software product.
It is my belief that Obama and his enablers use the Alinsky rule/tool of obfuscation to cover the truth(I didn’t lie) with sarcasmn and inuendoes about the truth. What bothers me very much is that Obama malcontents seem more eager/inclined to ridicule so called birthers without proof that what the birthers say have no basis in facts.

I have always been doubtful about the rumored Kenyan birth because of the logistics of travel and the cost in the 1960’s.
BHO, Sr. was short on funds and Stanley Ann also.
So the Kenyan birth senario does not pass the smell test with me.
There is no hospital record of Obozo’s birth. None. If there was it would have long ago been presented. Why? Because it does not support his “self history”.
I believe that BHO, Sr. is not the father of BHO, Jr. And that BHO, Sr. assumed the role for money from whoever the father actually is. In the beginning FMD was suggested as the suspect. At first I discounted that as total tin-foil hat stuff. Until I learned about his porno book and the purported photo’s of Stanley Ann. I am not saying that I believe FMD was his father, but it is possible.
If he is, his wife was a wealthy woman who would have had no use for a bastard child and would have helped Stanley Ann deal with her delivery.
The family was from the Seattle area and she had an Aunt there. Would it be logical for an unwed mother to dissappear to her aunts while waiting for the baby? It just happens that the city where the aunt lived is on the border between Canada and the U.S., but the hospital is in Canada.
The pieces would fit.
Unfortunately there are so many lies associated with Obozo’s history that it is difficult to determine what few pieces are true. hee hee hee

I respect Corsi for nailing John Kerry. I am not sure what his book contains and may read it. There are a lot of people on FR that hold WND in contempt. I understand that there are times they are out-there. But Farah has been like an old dog after a bone on the COLB issue. There is a problem with it, he has persued many angles, I am not sure he is really that close to exposing it but I feel eventually it will be exposed for the lie it is.

Quartz is internal in the MACs. Not sure how many apps rely on it. I am not a MAC man. Have used almost everything else. Perfer Linux but have used all Windows products except ME and Vista.
There are some good tools for opening .pdf documents. I used PDFTK extensively at work with an editor to extract sequencing data from a .pdf to use in revisions of print documents. I did the extraction with Grep and a database to sync the data sequencing. Then I pushed it into Quark. Did that for 5-1/2 years for a hardware distributor.
I wished I knew what the HI Dept. of Health actually gave Obozo. We have not seen it. Both of these documents are very poor quality, to obscure critical examination.
Corsi will remain “close to uncovering” more evidence and “close to disclosing” more documents and “close to exposing” the Obama fraud right up through election day 2012.
You know what this smells like to me? A repeat of all the hope leading up to each eligibility case making its way to the SCOTUS. Guess how that worked out?
Corsi needs to sell his book that essentially revealed nothing new and was preempted by the LFBC for which WND had been begging. So how to keep everyone’s interest?

All we have out of the HI Dept. of Health are Legal Weasel Words. Appearing to say something that they actually do not say.
IMHO Barry the Bastard was not born in HI at all. But there is no proof of where he actually was born.
Don’t try to tell me the COLB just released “proved” anything. It is not certified, is not of sufficient quality to determine if it is valid.
We shall eventually see where this goes.
It’s not weird at all that the text of the short form bled through on the black and white copy of the long form that was distributed to the press because the WH released six-page packets to each reporter that contained a black and white copy of the short form and a black white copy of the long form. Did WND do any research at all before slopping this together?
This isn’t exactly an “anomaly”, but the names, etc. in the boxes are centered. Unless Hawaii had some futuristic typewriter or a secretary with too much time on her hands, words weren’t centered in boxes, they were tabbed on the left.

How many hundreds (or thousands) of times has the very same accusation been thrown at Sean Hannity by "conservatives" on this very site?
Texas, is this evidence that the document was copied on a scanner and not on an optical character rcognition (OCR) device?
I am puzzled where all this talk about OCR came from. I think it is pure BS!
First, the quality of the characters on the document is terrible.
Second, except for the form itself, it was produced on a typewriter. You remember those things they used in the 1960’s.
Now, whether or not the final .pdf was created from a scanner that is another issue. There is software to do that directly, but I have never used it. The Quartz software that is imbedded in the MAC may allow that, but I am not a MAC user so I cannot tell you whether or not it does.
When I create a .pdf I do it by inserting an image in a word processor or in a desktop publishing program and exporting it as a .pdf. There are other programs that will batch process .txt or html documents and create a .pdf directly but I have not used them. I think Imagemagick will do that, but if I have ever used it to create a .pdf from an image file it was a very simple single image document.
The issue I see that is significant about the COLB is the multiple pixel size issues. That indicates a pieced together document. There are people here on FR who try to make all kinds of explanations for this, but I have not seen one that I believe is reasonable.
I am not a document expert, but this is how I view the latest Forgery.
