leads to restaurant's sales TRIPLING

Some chefs spend their lifetimes unsuccessfully slogging away to improve business.

But all it took for Reedy Creek Diner chef Greg Simons in Lexington, North Carolina,
was to put up a controversial language sign
and he’s seen his sales triple.





Mr Simons put up the ‘No speak English. No service’ sign in March
and says he’s received great support -
with some people asking for souvenir copies to take home.


‘All these calls I've gotten from outside the country and the U.S. have all been positive,
saying things like “Good for you, don't take it down”,’ he told My Fox 8.

Mr Simons took down the sign in March after receiving a deluge of complaints at the time
from people concerned it may have been racist.

It was put up after a group were offended because staff could not speak Spanish.

But Mr Simons said:
‘Everybody's money is green as far as I'm concerned.
It’s a communication thing.
Nobody here speaks another language other than English.’

In fact, the sign has received so much attention
that he has added a list of additional languages
and makes photocopies for customers wanting to take one away.

Georgia won’t be part of the proposed Latino homeland of Aztlán, but Latino civil rights leaders from Phoenix will march and protest in different parts of Atlanta next week for immigration laws they view as unjust. “Latinos won’t stay at the back of the bus anymore. These signs remind me of a friend I had back in the 90's, Fred, who was from NYC. He was 'temporarily' in the Chicago area for a Construction Project (He wound up staying here for over two years).

He told me that 'back at home' he had a Tee Shirt that said:

Welcome To America
Now Speak F**king ENGLISH!

He lived in Queens and said he wore it all the time when he went out shopping or on errands.
(Fred had a 'slight drinking problem' so he was not averse to getting into 'verbal altercations')

It's also the same mistake the Mexicans made with Texans. And even if some of us are "frail white people", or 'old and frail'. Unlike these 'tough Mexicans' we know how to properly hold a gun and aim it.

Freud would also have a field day with those people because that "warrior" mentality is all bullsh*t.

As until we 'stole all that land from them', for all intents and purposes, not a Mexican could be found North of the Rio Grande, and on the West coast they pretty much only went as far North as Los Angeles. That's because all of 'their land' was full of 'Savage Indians' who were REAL WARRIORS. It took us 'frail white people' to fight those Indians, and make that area safe and livable for everyone.

Granted I'm not up on my 'Mexican history'(/s) but I don't recall reading or hearing about any battles of Mexicans against Comanches, or against the Arapaho or Southern Cheyenne. And the Apaches had zero respect for Mexico and Mexicans. They used it as a sanctuary from the US Cavalry and the Apaches ran roughshod over those 'warrior' Mexicans.

So all that Aztlán talk is complete bullcrap. If that land belonged to anyone, it belonged to the American Indians, not Mexico or Mexicans.
