Yep, one more communist apointee and we are really in deep doo doo. We need a conservative POTUS for at least the next 16 years to correct the court balance. Let's hope that when that happens that he/she appoints fairly young conservatives, so they may live long and useful lives.
I skimmed this story yesterday and (in my haste) thought they were referring to a CA state supreme court ruling, not SCOTUS. Stupid judicial rulings are the norm on the left coast but I held greater hope for the supremes.
So this decision affects more than just Kalifornia - it screws us all.
