Something isn't making sense to me. But clearly if she was fighting to get away she will have bruises on her body linking up with a person trying to get away.

I guess you missed the part about her(in other articles)having his skin under her finger nails. Maybe she isn't violent enough to bite, who knows but this guy tried to rape her and did rape her if you consider forced fellatio as rape.
