Thanks a lot for that ray of hope. I tested at 19, and my dr. just told me to go on 5,000 units per day. It sounds like it takes a while to increase the numbers, and I didn't know that. At least I know what to expect now, if I'm consistent in taking the supplements.

I tested at 20 and my doctor put me on 50,000 units 3x a week for 2 months. Even then, I went up to about 25, so I'm still on it until I get to the high 30's. The prescription is cheap, you might want to talk to your doctor about it.

My dr. put me on 50K once a week (prescription level). Can’t recall my original testing numbers, but it was under 20. I also take 1K OTC daily. Should be restesting in a couple of months...
