I think that clunk sound is the suspension failing. Look closely at the position in the wheelwell of the right front tire before and after the incident. If the car was high-centered, the front wheel would be hanging DOWN, not stuffed up into the wheelwell.

they were there for 3 hours according to the local press here..had to get a huge truck tow to move it. i would not imagine the usual tow point would work on the beast. dragging it off would not be the best either. just guessing.. i would imagine some guy in the secret service is due a God awful bollicking this morning.
