Harold Camping does not have a “pastor”. He was stripped of his teaching position in his church way back in 1988.

For the past few years, Camping has been warning Christians to leave their churches because he believes they have all apostasized.

it appears to me that the reason Camping is receiving this unusually heavy media attention is not that the main actor has a screw loose, but rather is an underhanded attack on Christianity in general. This is a non-story in a real professional journalist's book. What say ye??
