PHOENIX – The suspect in the Arizona shooting rampage that wounded U.S. Congresswoman Gabrielle Giffords has been removed from a court hearing after am outburst during the proceedings.
U.S. District Judge Larry Burns had Jared Lee Loughner escorted from the courtroom after Loughner lowered his head and mumbled something loudly, his head inches from the table in front of him. Loughner's words were inaudible to many in the courtroom.
The outburst occurred at a competency hearing where Burns was expected to determine whether Loughner was mentally fit to stand trial.
Burns says he might allow Loughner back in "if he composes himself."

If he is incompetent to stand trial, give him electrical shock treatment. About 100,000 volts at 10,000 amps for 10 minutes should solve the problem.
Hmm, I seem to recall several dead bodies which should of been included in the opening sentence. I guess if you are not a democrat public servant then you are nothing (That includes a Republican Federal judge).

Another report I heard on the radio said that he "shouted" something. Apparently it was unintelligible.
Those that were seated near him claimed that Loughner said “Mmmm Mmmm Mmmm, Barack Hussein 0bama.”
Yes. I do. Heard anything from the TEA Party lately? This clown was used to smear conservatives and the TEA Party and put the ‘RATS back on top. And that’s where they are. As it stands right now, “Gabby” or her husband has been designated by the liberal “media” in Arizona to take Jon Kyl’s Senate seat. That will happen. You can take that to the bank. Tucson was the best thing to happen to the ‘RAT party in years. They successfully used that incident to save their party and smear Americans. The TEA Party people have lost their will to fight on because of it. IMHO.

You always have to give yourself wiggle room for an Insanity Defense. Like taking hostages and making one of your demands crazy such as $1,000,000, a Get Away car and that the letter M be removed from the English language.

I’m not sure you are right about that. I think most TEA party folks have jobs and lives to run. There is a time for intense activism, and that time will come.
Reality is we can’t afford to take off time and be in the streets every day.
Those people, including myself haven’t quit or decided we don’t care.
There will be a time in the near future when we have to get ramped up for the fight, but that time just isn’t now.
