Possible, but that doesn't jibe with what the GOP ran and won on last Nov. Their town hall meetings were packed with seniors who got it and seniors came out and voted for the GOP candidates who campaigned on restoring fiscal sanity and reforming entitlements.
Maybe those same voters are under the impression that everybody's ox should be gored but their own or that the Ryan proposal moves too far too fast.
We'll see what Tuesday's post op analysis shows. I think it's going to show that GOP voters were disgusted with Lee and not excited about Corwin so they protested by just staying home.
I agree with you, I also think the tactics Corwin's Campaign Manager used against Davis turned off a lot of people. The Republican Party Leadeship of Western New York is simply a disgrace filled with pieces of garbage who really don't care about winning. This District is likely to go away with gerrymandering anyway.
